Hi friends
While reading the Word of God is VERY important to grow as believers in Christ, just reading will not be enough, as we need to put into practice what we learn.
An effective church is not the church where attendees just meet on Sundays to get a preaching and go on with their lives after, but a church that preaches, and then its attendees go and put what they learned into practice (missions, ministries, helping the least of these, outreach, etc)
